Place was clean and quiet except for the train at night. The area for transients is small and tight. Not much room between sites. Our site was level. Not much to say about the place. Lots of things for kids to do if that's important. Better than nothing but I wouldn't want to stay there for more than a few days.
Rate reflects weekly discount. Managers/owners were very friendly. Bathrooms were not very clean and need some TLC. Play area for kids seemed good with an air filled 'pillow' that could keep them busy for hours and lots of room to run. No sewer but free pump out is available Mon, Wed, and Fri. Just be sure to sign up the previous day every time you need it or you'll be charged $25. Very sporadic Verizon and occasional AT&T. Wi-Fi is available but not free. Very steep drive at entrance with deep grooves in the surface to show some units had problems. Trees in the campground could be a problem when driving as some branches scraped the side of my RV. Price is a little steep considering the lack of sewer. We would return though.
Rate reflects weekly. Quiet and clean. Minimal bathrooms (no paper towels) and showers. Sites level but small. Most sites are permanent. Not much to write about. Many trees that will possibly mess up satellite usage. Many residents use golf carts but not excessively.
Friendly folks. Level sites. Free breakfast and lunch - no choices and they determine how much, but not bad for the price. Lots of activities, nice shaded pool. Minimal bathrooms and showers but they expect you to be self-contained so shouldn't be a problem. Quiet. No campfires (good for those of us who want to breath). The dealership itself in awesome. We would return.
Very nice park. Rate is for a month. Very clean. Everyone is very friendly. Shady over by the dog walk. Fairly close to Asheville and very close to Waynesville and Maggie Valley. Road noise is sometimes a little loud due to trucks. Will definitely be back.
Owners are friendly. Location is close to Georgetown but the city doesn't offer much. Interior roads are very narrow. Our rig is 54' long and we had to enter our pull-through site by going through the site behind us. There is no way a longer 5th wheel could be put on most of these sites without a lot of maneuvering. If all the surrounding sites had been full we could not have gotten in or out. Our site was maybe 10' longer than the 5th wheel. Had to park the truck in a vacant site. Pool is very nice with a slide. Laundry is 2 washers and 2 dryers in a very small windowless room.
This park is OK. The people that run it are very nice and helpful. Good interior roads. Most sites have no trees. We were in an old pull-thru site that was level side-to-side but had a lot of slope front to back. The entrances to the pull-thru sites alternate from one to the next - at least in the older area. This means that your entrance will face someone else entrance. That's fine if you get along with them but not so good otherwise. Good boat access for fishermen. Fine for a few days stay.
Very nice. Owners/managers are very friendly. Sites are level, pull-through and well spaced. Water and elect. are far apart possibly causing some problems if you don't have a couple of hoses or an extension cord. Interior roads are very good. Close to interstate but not noisy. Lots of things for kids to do. We would definitely stay here again.
This place is a keeper. Very friendly owner, level sites, trees (might interfere with satellite TV), very well kept up. They even have flower pots scattered around the grounds. There is a bit of noise from the road but not enough to be real annoying. The sites are a little close together so the fire rings are fairly close to neighbors. Could be uncomfortable. WiFi was very good, even in the back.
Although the park is rated as big rig friendly, caution is advised. Interior roads are in bad shape and sites 16 - 37 would be difficult if there was anyone across from you. This part of the campground is in a rolling field with very uneven sites and trees that make backing in a challenge. The dump station would also be a challenge for a larger rig. The price is a little steep for no sewer. Owner was very friendly. We were here in the middle of the week so it was very quiet.
