This is such a lovely place! The campsites are in deep woods, and it's very quiet. The people who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was not full on the July 4 holiday. The restrooms are so clean you could eat off the floor.

This is our 4th stay here, but our 1st since new owners took over 3 years ago. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleaner, nicer surroundings. It is a much more pleasant place to stay. Before we stayed here because it was the only place in town, now it's a very nice place.

This park is just this side of being a dump. There are so many permanent residents with their trailers totally surrounded by junk that there is really only one row left for overnight guests. It's all dirt, so a rain would leave it really messy. The owners seem tired of dealing with customers and are very curt and unfriendly.

This is a small campground built into the side of a hill. Some sites have a spectacular view of the town of Bisbee. Sites are small, but the view makes you forget your neighbors are so close. Other sites have a view of "the Pit", a former copper mine. Plenty of maneuvering room for big rigs.

We were leery of this park because of another review here on RV Park Reviews. The park was spotless with no trash or dirty diapers around anywhere. The sites with power and water are small, meant for smaller rigs, but the undeveloped sites are big enough for any size rig with easy access. No services at these sites, though. Generators can be run until 9:00 p.m. There are 4 Park Rangers living at the park and someone is on duty 24 hours a day, so safety is not an issue here. Birds are everywhere with plenty of guided bird walks. 21 miles of hiking trails; you have to have a permit.

This is a gem of a park in Ajo. It is immaculate, and the owner has landscaped it nicely with different gravels and cactus/rock formations. It is across the street from a grocery and within walking distance (2 mi.) from "The Plaza." Easy access to sites, and decent room between you and your neighbor. Weekly rate available.
