This was our first time staying at Red Rock RV Park. We wanted to stay somewhere close to Yellowstone and some local fishing. The RV Park was pretty nice. We upgraded our site when we got here. I am glad that we did or the site that we originally had would have gotten a terrible review. The site we had was very big with plenty of grass. The other visitors where very friendly. Will bring our dog next time since it is a dog friendly park. Will definitely go again.
Well, where do I start? First, terrible to get into. They need to cut some of the trees so that you can back up into you spot. We stayed two nights. The first night no hook ups; it was OK but tight. Second night full hook ups; nicer but cramped. This RV park is OK because you are probably just sleeping there and going on trips during the day. That is what we did so it was OK. If you plan on staying for an extended stay I would not recommend this park. Stay outside of Yellowstone for much nicer RV parks. Overall stay was OK. I will go there again if I am staying for a short time.
This was one of my first extended stay trips that I did with my fifth wheel. I choose Creekside (sight unseen) because of the area and the location. Wasn't sure what I was going to be getting myself into. It was a pleasant surprise. This is not your typical RV park. It doesn't have all the amenities that most people would like, but the spaces are not huge. But that isn't what I was looking for. I was looking for a great location to centralize myself for my various fishing adventures. Creekside turned out to be perfect. The other RVers where friendly and welcoming. They gave advice and made our stay very enjoyable. The staff was very nice. Yes, the store was pricey, but tell me an RV site market that is not. The area could have been cleaner, but that is also the responsibility of the RVers. They need to dispose of their trash the proper way. It was nice having a fish cleaning station in the RV park. I would recommend this park to anyone who is looking for a great and peaceful place to stay. It can be a tight fit but to me it was worth it, and I will be going back.
