Nice park, good interior paved/gravel roads. Lots of shade trees, swimming pool, play area for kids. We stayed near the water (off the highway), and it was very quiet. We didn't try our satellite, but pretty sure we wouldn't have gotten any channels because of the trees. Cable worked well. They advertise internet, and it was hit or miss to say the least. We didn't have any problems early in the morning or late at night, but if internet is a must - don't expect it and be happy if you get it. I would stay here again, but only for a day or two because of the internet issues. We did not look at the laundry or bathhouse. I would have rated it higher if not for the internet problems.
We were planning to stay for 4 nights, but had issues to deal with on the coach, so stayed for 8 nights. This park is a gravel lot with a few small trees, but we had a pull through site, with easy in and out. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a train, but at a distance, so it did not bother us at night. They had a lot of full timers, but they were in the back of the park and not in the transient area. Close to shopping, restaurants and Colorado National Monument. We would stay here again.
Just after we checked in and our transaction was completed, we were told that the sites in the back of the park usually got internet reception best in the morning and it was iffy as the day wore on. We didn't internet at all: ever. Also, the park had lots of full timers and most were in the back. I don't mind them if their sites are clean, but the one next to us had storage buildings and still had junk outside. The sites by the river were close and back in sites, but doable. We would not stay here again.
