Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we made a reservation 2 months prior and were placed right beside 2 other campers who also booked sites weeks in advance, while that doesn't seem bad, we were the only three campers on the entire road that had 15 other empty spots the entire week we stayed, we could at least have had some distance between us. Luckily we made friends with the other 2 campers and had a good time.

I have stayed here many times but this by far was the most unpleasant, arriving at site we found dog poop all around the picnic table and patio, I cleaned it up and overlooked the issue until an employee came by in a golf cart at 7:45 AM on Sunday while I sat outside enjoying the morning, she quickly realized I was outside and skidded to a stop, backed up and approached me, asking if anyone contacted me the night before. I answered no, she explained to me that because I was staying from March 30th - April 1st that they failed to charge the the peak season rate for the one night of April 1st, she rudely said that I needed to come to the office to set there books right and I owe $8.00 more for their mistake. I said "OK later I would", then she asked me if I had $8.00 on me at that moment. 1, I didn't as I was still in my morning shorts and T shirt and 2 why would I hand $8.00 to just any employee, how I would know that she wouldn't just pocket the money, I feel its the CG's mistake they should fix it. I left with no further contact and no payment of the $8.00.

Big improvement from this time last year, although last year's visit was good this year was even better, more blacktopped roads, new playground, life sized chess game and putt putt golf for the kids at heart. Entry had been redone and landscaped to look more inviting, the office staff was a big help, while 3 other campers were in front of us they took the time to make all of us feel welcome while we waited in line.

Camped with wife and two children under the age of four, the staff was friendly and helpful, swimming pool was clean and the kids loved it, very close to all the attractions on our list. Next to Camping World which I have been banned from for life by my family. Over $10.00 per night cheaper than the other campgrounds on the same road, Only gripe no cable TV for such a large city in Tennessee. I would stay at this CG again

Very nice and kid friendly, we have 2 kids under 4 and they both a had a blast, the CG is very quite even with all the kids. No golf carts allowed which mad my stay that much better/safer. I will stay at this CG again in the future.
