This was a former mobile home park and the sites are huge. Where we were the sites were fairly level, and grassy. I would have given this a higher score, but there were a lot of fire ant hills in our site, one right by the hookups which made connecting not so pleasant. When I made a comment about the fire ants, the host said that you have to be careful and stamp your feet when they crawl on you. But overall a pleasant RV park, easy to get in and out of. Not only is this a Good Sam park, but also a Passport America. Looked like a lot of permanents, but neat and tidy anyway.

It was a KOA. We camped in dirt, there were kids running and screaming all over the place, the bathrooms weren't all that clean. The walls of the shower were dirty and the shower never did get warm. There were rabbits, the domestic kind all over the place, and rabbit food available in the store. But I got tired of stepping in rabbit doo doo. They had a coffee machine which was out of order, and all in all just not that well kept up.

What a great park. We were in a tent with our two dogs. Warm, welcoming, clean, made me want to go back and get my MH and come back for a few weeks. Convenient base to explore the surrounding area. Another nice feature they had was a bar where you could either buy their beer, draft or bottle, or you were more than welcome to bring your own libation and just join in.

They have a designated area for overnighters and many more sites within the park for long termers. The interior roads need to be graded, sites need to be leveled, but it's an okay place for a couple of days. Not too far off the 10 and apart from the chickens running loose and crowing madly, it's a quiet park.

Not too impressed. We made reservations and when we got there were assigned to a water/electric site. Were told we hadn't been guaranteed a full hook up site. Somehow they found us a full hook up site. We were asked about the age of our rig, told if it looked too old we wouldn't be allowed in. The trailer next to us was lots older than ours. And there were a lot of vintage rigs there. Lots of the people staying there are workers and tend to leave for work at 5 am and it can get a little noisy then. Wouldn't stay there again.

Level sites, at $30 more than we were used to paying, wifi worked great. Neat and clean, but not too exciting, good overnight stop.

Nice park, friendly people. Mostly level sites, but they are deep gravel. Would stay here again.

We went to this park because of the reviews on this website and weren't sorry. We got to park on the bank of the river, watched the barges go up and down the river, and were totally charmed. In fact we extended our stay by one night. Didn't do a lot of sightseeing, the park was enough for us. We were welcomed by the new manager ( who'd stayed at the park for a week, went home and retired and came back to manage the park) and felt like he really meant it. Every person we talked to make us feel welcomed. And yes Virginia, there really is free laundry. I had a hard time believing it but it was true. I would definitely go back there and stay, but for a longer period of time. By the way, take exit 280 off of I-40 and it'll take you right there.

Okay as an overnight stop. I think if we had horses this would be a great place to stop. All we wanted was electric and a safe place to stop overnight. Did go into town to the Moab Brewery, great fish and chips and $2 pints. Pretty nice beer too.

Great as an overnight stop. Didn't hear the planes, but then again I had earplugs in. Wifi worked great, and it was just fine for overnight. Ate at the Big Texan. Okay food, a little over-priced, but then again, you are in Texas.

This is a KOA, over-priced and full of rules, which are re-iterated ad nauseum. However, the ducks are delightful and you can feed them at the Duck Diner at the pond. We got a kick out of them. This is just an overnight stay, and will be heading out on the road again. Appreciate the quietness, and the internet connection is great. You do have to pay $2 for the privilege of accessing it for longer than a half hour. The first half hour is free.

This is an older park, but was quite well kept up. This was our port in a storm after strong winds tried to take our awning off, we stopped here for one night. There are pecan trees throughout, and it looks like there are some long term campers here, but on the whole is clean and well kept up.

Clean, friendly people. Easy pull through sites. Would have liked to have stayed another night. Meteor Crater is a must see. If you stay at campground you get a dollar off the price of admission at the crater. Wi-Fi kept going in and out. That was my only complaint.

Exit 108 on I-40, just a little place, convenient to get off for one night. If you register in the casino and get a card, it's half off. The restaurant isn't bad. This is not a destination but okay for a night.

It used to be just a big asphalt parking lot. Still is in many respects, but... There has been an attempt to make it less of a parking lot by putting in rock fields around the hookups. Helps a great deal. And on some of the lawn areas, they are now designated pet areas with little bags you can use to dispose of your pets waste. My dog still likes the dog runs the best. Expensive, but it is a KOA now. Rumor has it that it will be gone at the end of the year as Circus Circus is being torn down.

Great park, friendly hosts. Dog run had grass in it and a little mailbox with dog treats you could give your dog, kind of unique. WIFI worked great, very important to us. Would stay here again. Easy in and out.

Clean, well kept up. Loved the enclosed dog run. Very important for us. Great as an overnight stop. Would stop here again.

Easy in and out, wide pull thru sites. There were a lot of stumps from dead trees and the whole campground had a bit of a run down feeling. But the sites were level, the staff was pleasant. Okay for an overnight stay, but not a destination place.

We stayed here overnight. Easy on and off freeway, cute little campsite. Owner friendly. Wifi did not work, but were informed that it was $2 if it did work. Sites were level. Not a bad place to stay for more than one night.

We stayed here one night. Sites seemed fairly level, nothing too fancy, a little on the run down side. Owner showed us to our spot, and then left us alone. There seemed to be a lot of long termers there, but it was clean. An okay place for overnight.

The pull-thru sites aren't. Or at least the site they put us in wasn't a pull thru. There was garbage all through the site we were given. We attempt to hook up to the water and the pipe broke, flooding the campsite. When we informed the office, they didn't seem to concerned. We were. We backed out of our pull-thru site and went back into the office to tell them the water was still pouring out and we'd left because we didn't want to get bogged down. There were kids running all over the place including through our campsite. It looked like a great place to party, but not for an overnight stay. This is a dive place, and serious divers are all around. Try at your own peril. We ended up getting our money back and driving down the road and staying elsewhere.

Grassy sites were so level we didn't need to level out. Privately owned, owners very friendly, has on site camp hosts. Located 8 miles east of I-75 on 82 E. We just happened on it driving by and would highly recommend it as an overnight or longer term stay. Discounts available if a member of Passport America or AAA. Lots of trees, but doesn't look as if it will be well shaded even in warmer weather.

Shaded sites, hard to tell if maintained well as only stayed one night and then moved over to Isle of Capri RV park. Sites were fairly level. Staff nice. Not a place we cared to stay more than one night.
