I will give this a rating of 7, because it was not bad, but aged. They had long pull-through sites for our motor home and trailer. It was easy in and easy out. They had speed bumps that will rearrange your cupboards and out friend could not get his trike across the speed bumps. He had to go round. They say they have Internet, but only in the office. The outside repeater was not working and was not sure for how long. I would try to find a better one than this one for the price that we payed.
This is a small quaint campground behind the Quality Inn. You check-in at the Quality Inn lobby. It is small, and dusty. It had pull through long enough for our 42 ft motor home and a 14 ft cargo trailer so we did not have to break loose. I don't think you could have gotten anything any longer on those pull-throughs. It was on the Navajo Reservation. It was adequate for a couple of days. The wind was blowing really hard while we were there. Not much to complain about, for the price you are paying.
We call ahead the night or so before heading to the next campground for availability. We called 2 other campgrounds in Williams AZ, and they were both full and one suggested we call Railside RV Ranch. WOW. I am so glad the others were full. This was a GREAT find. This will be our regular campground when we come through this area again. We were pulling a 14 ft trailer with our motorhome and they had long pull-through level sites. Great Wi-Fi. There is not enough room to give them the praise they need. ALL campgrounds should be judged by this campground. They really know how to run an RV park.
This is a really nice campground. Not many extras, but it was clean and close to the interstate. We used this as an overnight stay. The interior roads and sites are gravel and mostly level. I would stay here again if I pass this way again.
This is a great park. I just gave it an 8, because the sites are very small. But it is very clean, and the man running the office was just as nice and personable as you could ever want. They are very funny about cleaning up after your pets, but that is because not everyone cleans up like they should. And I for one, am glad they are picky. Their only down fall is the small or close sites. The Wi-Fi was great. I will stay here again.
Oh my goodness, is this just the best campground for people who enjoy spending quality with your dogs. They have an agility course, rally course, hiking trails, swimming pond for you and your dog. Front office has corgis that invites all new camping dogs. Has a shower room just for your dogs to get washed up after a swim in the pond. Even a raised tub for the small dogs. 2 grooming tables. Saturday night pot luck dinners and games. Staff was very friendly, and everything was so clean. Me, my husband, and Deogi I will be back many more times.
This was a very quiet campground. No activities. Staff was friendly. Park was clean. They have a 2 acres dog area/ picnic area. That area had many holes, and while I was running my dog, she tripped in one of these holes. Just beware. The bathrooms were clean but during hot days they were really hot. The swimming pool is very small. The park is old but looks good for its age. For us it was too far from Myrtle Beach. (It's a 35-45 minute drive.)
A really great RV park. Well manicured, very neat, and clean. No over head trees; all trees are 10 ft and under, and all evergreens. A nice dog park. Great friendly staff. Several campgrounds to choose from, but this was the best in our opinion.
My husband and I stayed here last spring, and again Oct. 1, 2010. The lots are very large, roomy, and neat. I love their K-9 Camp. It is a fence-in area where your dog can run off-lease. There is a bench to sit on, while enjoying time with your pet. For me, this was an important thing. We will stay here again, when we are in this area.
