As other reviewers have said this is a very nicely maintained, attractive RV park. The park is clean, and they were trying to catch up on the spring mowing.,,We didn't use the rest rooms or laundromat so can't comment on those. We found that we could walk around to the rear of the park, next to the river, and across a walking bridge to the historical downtown area of Dayton. We found a great cafe across from the city park that served wonderful food. Our main complaint was the wi-fi. We have a Mac based laptop and an iPad and could not get either one to connect to the wi-fi the whole three days there. We even called the provider, and they did not get back to us with any help.
We were here for a week at the end of Sept. Park was good. Wi-Fi was very good. Tested the voltage twice and it was above 125v, no problem there. Owner was personable and easy to work with. Would stay here again.
