Park was clean and quite. I think it would be tough staying here during busy season because of how close you are to others. The "hosts" were wonderful, willing to help out with so many things. They recently (said within the past week) made the WiFi free, that is a plus. On the website it said that it was $4 a day! Not worth it. I can handle free. There is a 2 minute (or so) walk to the sandy beach. Wonderful beach. Cars can drive on it so bring your 4x4. We would stay here again during the off season.

I wish that they would put a fence up between their shop area and RV sites. It's not a pretty site to see all the junk piled up there. Otherwise this is a fun spot, can be loud with sites so close together. We brought our 27' boat as well and the boat launch worked great for even a larger boat. It does get windy around there on occasion. This can be a wild spot at times so don't go if you are looking for a relaxing, mellow stay. The put-put golf was a blast (could use a little clean-up) and the "water wars" was hilarious! Food at the "deli" was mediocre, but there were tons of items in the two different stores.

If you like camping and want to travel to Whistler this is your spot. Great campground with shuttle service to and from town, even for skiers! We have stayed here during both the winter and summer and have enjoyed every stay. The tents sites are considered waterfront, on a river. And there is a small "pool" created from the river that can be used for swimming, its muddy but what would you expect in a river? the sites are fairly small, as are most RV parks. The kids enjoyed the game room and store for treats.

We love this place. We have spent many weeks here off and on over the past 2 years and have had great experiences. It can get a bit windy but you are on the water. The view is wonderful and anyone who complains about a smell because of low tide shouldn't be staying on the ocean. This is a great location with sites that look out to Mount Baker (over an oil refinery), Guemes Island and Anacortes. At certain time of the year you'll see many bald eagles and blue herons. Great location, not much for kids to do other than search the beach for creatures. But well worth a trip. We will continue to go there frequently.
