So many things about this place are appealing to us. On the main drag to everything in the area. Easy to get into. Lots of room to maneuver. Level sites with lots of trees. Very clean and well kept. Very strong wi-fi. If we were to be nit pickers, I would say that the guy moving around campers with the John Deere tractor goes way too fast. If we had small children, that would be a concern I would voice to management. Also weren't crazy about our firepit. All things considered, can't wait to stay here again.
My wife and I spent 3 nights here while visiting the area in search of antiques. Very comfortable place to stay with nice shade trees. Restrooms and showers were clean. Sewer hookup was ground level, which is nice for getting the needed drop on sewer hose. Lot was reasonably level. Only required our trusty 2"x10" under one side. Only drawbacks I would mention are weak Wi-Fi and that I-70 is so close it's very noisy. And I-70 equals big rigs 24-7....heard easily above the sound of our AC fan. All things considered, would definitely stay here again.
We picked Evergreen for our maiden voyage as RVers, mainly because of its reputation as a 10/10*/10 park, and the fact it is 3 hours from our home. We were not disappointed. The location in the heart of Amish country is great. We didn't personally use all the amenities, but did check them out for possible future visits. Shower and bathroom facilities are spotless. Folks in the office were very nice. Some shade trees would be nice.
We spent a week here with our grandchildren around the corner a few spaces away. Can be a beautiful place if the friendly and relatively new owners get it updated. Pool is brand new and very nice. Lots of shade trees and playground area, which, by the way, needs some updating. Having said that, this CG has very few available sites for travelers. 20 or so. CG is LOADED with something like 110 seasonal RVs. Without the grandkids close by, I doubt we would have enjoyed our stay too much.
