In a word- fantastic! Wonderful staff, best laundry room, impeccable bathrooms/showers, and very nice infrastructure. This is the place for serious RVers. We stayed one night and had the benefit of going to the pancake breakfast. What a treat! The live entertainment was truly the high point of the day. I want to bring the family back for more time in Branson at this most excellent RV park.
To say this campground is near NYC is a joke. It allows them to charge you more than its worth. We came in late in the evening with a reservation but they did not hold the 50 amp site we were promised and paid for in advance. I climbed out of the RV and walked freely around without anybody stopping me. No night staff or security. They lease the facility out to a local day camp so a bunch of unruly kids take over the facility. No senior staff member on site as the only personnel I dealt with just started shaving. They did compensate me for not holding my site.
This place is way too crowded. Not a single level site in the place despite advertised as such. This place is on top of a steep graded mountain and the owners are tearing out trees and compounding the erosion issue. Yogi bangs you out for the lousy mini golf and the "train ride." They do not keep to the schedule they hand out at check in and they have an old schedule posted on the main bulletin board. Very steep and dangerous for young kids. I heard the lady in the Class A next me snoring over the air conditioner. If it rains-run for your life.
