Little run down. Sites not level, close together and difficult to access. Our site was noisy due to a large pump that kept kicking on and off. Staff very friendly. Area quite pretty, great walking trails and plenty of deer.
Very neat and clean. Friendly staff. Lots to do for families. It is a long ways off the interstate and roads narrow getting into site, well worth it. Spring for the premium sites along the lake, absolutely spectacular.
Little older park, little run down. Sites are very close together and not level. Convenient to Branson and to the best Sunday brunch at University of the Ozarks. We are not Escapees but they let us stay.
Sites narrow and all back in. Not very well kept. Do not get the site next to the dump station. It smells really bad. Lots of long term residents and their belongings. Staff was not real friendly. The perks is the area. Beautiful parks, covered bridge, walking paths, dog park, convenient to interstate. We stayed one night but would not go back.
THE SMELL! The area smells like raw sewage. It was disgusting. Campground was scruffy and unkempt. The staff was friendly but it just is not enough. We stayed one night but wouldn't stay here again. We were really surprised that this campground had such a high Woodall rating, I think they need go look at it again.
Friendly staff, well run, easy to get in and out with a big rig and the views are incredible. Our site was right on the Mississippi and we watched the barges going up and down the river. Easy access to Memphis. We would recommend this campground highly. Did I mention the view?
For the price, this campground was fine. We did not have the best campsite as the ground sloped sharply away from the motorhome, making getting in and out a challenge. It is a pretty resort, just our particular camping spot was not all that great. There are sites capable of handling big rigs.
