It is in very bad need of updates in both site and park roads. The bathrooms also outdated. It can be very noisy on weekend.

I agree that the sheer volume of signs and rules are a bit over the top, however, the park is clean and maintained. One very big issue would be the bath/showers located at the rear. Unless you are able to shower/shampoo and use soap with one hand, you'd find it difficult to use these facilities since you have to hold the handle to dispense water. Hot water does not exist at this bath location.

Great location but then again you pay for it.

Clean park grounds with level concrete pads. Picnic tables at each site. Nice pool and patio area. EZ access to interstate and route 66.
