Rate reflects Good Sam discount. We stayed here 3 nights while visiting Spokane, within just a few minutes drive. This was a super clean and friendly RV park. The vegetable garden was ready to harvest and anyone could just pick what they might like. My DH picked squash and green beans. Each site had a little area planted with flowers, really nice grassy area and concrete patio. Sites were gravel and level. All hookups were easy and well located. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
All back-in sites, full hookup and Wi-Fi was okay. We stayed here overnight and would have gone somewhere else if we hadn't been so tired. When we got there at 6:30pm, the site was occupied and the couple told us they had an arrangement to leave at 7pm. They were quickly loading but it was an inconvenience for both of us. We went on down the lane, assuming there was a way around or to turn around. There was no round about and a U-turn was difficult. Once we pulled into our overnight site, a loud obnoxious man came out of his apartment and hung up a sign saying "no campers". That was when we realized that our site was actually a driveway into the apt parking area so we had to disconnect, which we hadn't planned to do, to allow apt. renters to use their driveway. The camper on our other site was friendly and offered what help he could. Our site was the first on the left and if that is going to be your site, go somewhere else!
We stayed here in a 36' 5th wheel with 3 slides for 1 month. Leaving in 3 days and wish we could stay longer. Our monthly rate was $300 + electric. Love the cool summer temps in this area. This park allows more space per RV than many other places we saw in the area. Park is set up for those over 40 years of age, extremely friendly and quiet. Two blocks from the beach and many trees along the way buffered the wind allowing us to keep our awning out the entire time. Extended stay people along outer edge with overnight sites in center. Fish cleaning station by restrooms as well as nice recreation room with pool table.
We have stayed here a few times in the past year as the park is close to our son and his family and cheaper than other parks in the area. The roads are paved, in good condition. Sites in RV section are nice, fairly level concrete. Pull through sites appear shorter than back in. On our last visit (Christmas week) we were assigned to a site that was extremely difficult to back into. The road is narrow and only a vacant site catty-cornered to ours allowed our back in. On a visit about a year ago, we were assigned to a site in the mobile home area. It was paved, large and very wide, much nicer than the recent back in site. We usually have our grandsons over for a "sleepover" while near them. We don't bother at this park since there is nothing to entertain them. Wifi is advertised, but we have never been able to get it at any site or even parking up near the office. I keep hoping that will be remedied since this is a convenient, clean park for us.
We are Passport America members and rates reflect that. This park has very generous rules regarding PA stays. Sites are a little close together, gravel sites with grass, no slabs. Picnic table at each site. Overall, a nice park with extremely nice and helpful employees. Effort is made to minimize potholes and maintain dirt/gravel roads. Pool looked great but it was too cool to use. Spa is just sectioned from pool so water is not warm/hot. Wi-Fi worked well at our site during both of our visits. Many long-term residents, some of whose sites are dirty and/or unkempt though not to extreme we have seen on some of our travels.
Roads at this park definitely need grading. All sites are pull through with either 30/50 amp, each pedestal serving 2 sites. Fairly wide sites but could use leveling. Two restrooms, each large with shower. Laundry room available. Spring fed pond for swimming in the summer. Not something we used in Dec. and Jan. Wi-Fi was available at our site. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful and camp hosts were available 24/7. Deer wander through the sites, not tame but not overly afraid of humans either. Makes for an interesting and photogenic stay.
