This is primarily a park model and permanent site sales resort with a few sites for monthly and overnighters. WiFi is no longer available even though their website says it is. They are a bit snobby with a prohibition on RVs older than 10 years. They put overnighters alongside a busy truck route.
This is one of the best parks you will ever stay in if you can live without WiFi or cable TV for a few nights. These are widely spaced sites on asphalt with concrete patios and vast green lawn in between. It is connected to a very large park system with walking and bike paths that loop through the area. This a must see park.
