We camped here during a cold spell and when we woke up in the morning all of our water lines were frozen. Needless to say that there weren't very many other campers staying in the park. We did use the laundry facilities and the on-site parts and service department both of which were excellent. Our site was right on the beach and we were very impressed by the facilities. I hear it is very busy during prime season and reservations are required for a stay. I would definitely stay here again.
This park was extremely clean and well managed. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. The laundry facilities were clean and well priced. We were able to have a great time with my nieces and nephews and plenty of activities to keep them busy. The lots were private and quiet. The only reason they got a nine instead of a ten is because of one person that worked the desk. She was down right mean, unlike the other staff that we were pleased to deal with.
We stayed in this park by accident. My husband and I were lost and this is the first park we came to after a very long day. It looks as though people have been living here for years in broken down vehicles. There are a lot of dogs here which are not cleaned up after. The amenities are not kept up, the childrens play area is flooded and the swings are broken. We bring our bikes and chairs in whenever we leave. Numerous dogs are chained outside of the campers which is actually sad. The people at the desk are very friendly but that is not enough to make me want to stay here again. Converted school buses and econoline vans are used as homes, not as campers. I do not reccommend this place at all.
