I stayed 30 days at the monthly rate of $216.00 plus electric.I would stay again as the park hosts were friendly, and the price was great for this retired traveler.The Wi-Fi is located in the club-house with no antennas outside, so Wi-Fi does not reach your campsite space. Telephone and TV cable are available for full timers, however, a waiting list for the yearly rate is long. Safford is a lovely city with a very large Walmart Super store right next door. Digital TV reception VIA your winegard antenna is good. Very Clean park.

I stayed a full 30 days and paid the summer rate of $225 plus 12.5 cent electric. The indoor pool was nice as was the strong jacuzzi. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed my stay here. No problem with neighbors. The campgrounds were kept clean even after stormy monsoon weather. Recommended.

Seemingly Under New Management. Park was clean, quiet,and friendly. Monthly rate was $300 and electric was $.10 kwh - No trash anywhere, cable TV and Wi-Fi was good and furnished free. This place is better than other parks I've visited and I felt good about the park, and the respectable pricing. Carlsbad parks are higher and dirtier except for the one that's $300 and always full! I will stay here again when I'm in the area.
