Shady and friendly. I mentioned to the owners that I was interested in their town, but wished it had a community college. Three days after I got home I received a copy of the local paper in the mail - with an article on the new community college. Sites are well separated under large trees on the edge of town. I would certainly recommend it, and will stay here again whenever possible.
In three weeks out, from Moab to Georgetown (North of Austin), the most expensive park we stayed in and the noisiest. I-25 was about 400' from our site and the main railroad tracks were closer. If you want the family-friendly features of the park, by all means stay here, but if all you are looking for is a hookup and a quiet place to park, I wouldn't recommend it.
