A very nice park. We liked the short walk to and around the Marina area. The rest rooms and showers were immaculate. We were just staying overnight, so, we did not make much use of the facilities. Everything looked excellent. We would stay here again.
This is a very nice park for being in an urban setting. Each site has hedges between it and your neighbor. That and the lake (ok, really a small pond) help remove the feeling of being right on a busy main street with shopping malls and businesses everywhere. The park is set behind other businesses and slightly down hill. It is remarkably quiet back there. Typical of urban parks there are plenty of long term residents, but, everything was neat and well maintained. The location is convenient to local attractions. We would stay here again.
This is a small park in an urban setting. The spaces and drives are tight. We did not have any problems as we have a small trailer. We did observe some folks in big rigs struggling to get in and parked without hitting anything. The location is great and the price reasonable. There is a view of the Spokane river from the park and a short walk takes you to the hike/bike/run/walk trail along the river front. You can easily walk to the downtown area and lakeside beaches and parks in Coeur d'Alene. We enjoyed our stay and will go back again.
Our favorite thing about this park is its' location. The greenbelt along the river runs alongside the park. Easy access to the hike/bike/run/walk path along the river. Another location plus is the baseball stadium right next door. The park itself does have some permanent residents and some older rigs, but, the facilities are clean and in good condition. This is not a pretty upscale resort. It is a good solid park in a great location. We plan on staying here again next year.
