We stayed here from May 1, 2011 to August 1, 2011. This is a small park, however very large spaces. We have a 40' motorhome and still had lots of space left. The park is designed for seasonal R.V.ers. The owner works overtime to make sure everything is just right for you. I have Verizon Cell service and it does not work. If you go up the road a short distance to Lake Almanor it works. The park has a very good Wi-Fi system and I used my Majic Jack phone service that worked very well. We enjoyed our visit and are planning on returning next year.

I enjoyed this park because it was in the country, however you could still hear the train in the distance. The sites were big enough for big rigs and slides. The preserve was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Had a great Miniature Golf Course. Verizon Wireless worked well. We were able to get satellite reception. The surrounding towns had many tourist activities and sights to see. I would return, and recommend this park.

As the last person who wrote a review said, there were no signs to let us know the name had changed, and we also went past the park. The spaces were big enough for a big rig and slides. Our Verizon Wireless worked well. New owners bought this park about a month ago and are working to make many improvements. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is near beaches, museums, casinos, and shopping. Enjoyed the feeling of being in the country. I would recommend this park. We enjoyed our stay.
