We stayed one night here based on previous reviews. This is a very friendly park but is mostly long term residents. It is not big rig friendly due to the narrow streets. Our rig is 36 feet and it was difficult to navigate back to our site and then, because residents park their cars in front of their sites, difficult to leave. The dog run is not a dog run. It is maybe 8x8' in a back corner. As a long term rv park this is a nice park. For one or two nights - not so much.
Do not consider this park if you have an RV over 36 ft. Especially if you have a tow. The road to the park is very narrow as is the entrance. The park is also very close to the Interstate, so is noisy. Gravel/grass sites with low spots that collect water when it rains which then become muddy. Lots of permanents. The lake is nice to walk your dog but we will not stay here again.
A big rig can get in this park but it is a bit tight. We had to disconnect our tow. The park itself is well kept and the dog run in the back is great. There are quite a few permanents mixed in with the RV sites. Cabins looked nice. It is difficult to get back to I-77 especially if you are going south.
If you are looking for an overnight RV site with full hookups, easy on and off the I-10 fwy, this is a good place to stop. Most of the sites are in an open field with RV hookups. No trees which is good for satellite. Sites in the field are level, which is where we stayed. Some sites in trees but they do not appear to be level and are closer to the highway. Grass needed to be mowed. No other amenities. Much like a Wal-Mart parking lot but with grass and full hookups.
