Nice park in DC area (Clinton, MD) for a real reasonable price. No sewer but does have a dump station.

Spent a enjoyable week here, large sites and friendly staff. They don't get much better than this.

A little crowded, but very friendly. We were not insulted with a list of rules first thing. They treated us as adults. We enjoyed the hot pools and would stay here again. No check out time which suits us, hate to feel rushed by parks wanting you out before noon. Common courtesy is all that is needed, not rules and more rules. My favorite RV park.
