There is nice staff. There is intermittent highway noise for tent camping. It is clean and has all the amenities needed.

It is a good location in quiet part of town but close enough to stores/shopping of ocean park. It is right on the dunes. There is a large rec center with kitchen and separate room for fish cleaning and scrubbing oysters. There are hot showers with heaters in the restrooms. There is helpful staff. We stayed 2 nights. The kids loved playing in the sand and riding around the park. We would stay again.

Immaculate grounds that appear very new. We stayed on sloped site in the trees. The sewer systems were still in development at those sites. You can get Wi-Fi if you are very near the office. The loose gravel most everywhere, made it difficult for the kids to ride up and down the hills. It has nice playground though. A very quiet place. The only downside: showers are additional $0.25 for 1.5 min of water. We stayed 2 nights.
