This is a very nice park. Sites are level with plenty of grass between sites with some smallish shade trees. Easy to find off I-5 with no freeway noise.

An excellent park! Although on a slight hill, sites are level with plenty of grass and shade trees between. Nice store, pool, good Wi-Fi and super bathrooms/showers. Even though fairly close to I-5, freeway noise was only slightly noticeable while outside and unnoticeable inside. Great location for visiting Shasta Dam or Caverns.

I would rate the facilities (pool, restrooms, showers, etc) a 10, but the sites only a 5. The sites are somewhat narrow and close together (only about 6' of grass between them). Some sites have small shade trees, others have light poles, and others have what seem to be some sort of vent pipe sticking way up (although we didn't notice any kind of odor coming from the pipe). Most of these would prevent you from putting out an awning. Cable TV hookup is between every other site, so you may have to throw your cable under your rig to connect, then worry about tripping over it. Our back (main) door opened up right on top of our neighbor's sewer connection. Hookups aren't all together, nor in the same location from site to site.

A very nice KOA, and pretty typical of a KOA. Nice pool (small), well-equipped but small store, clean restrooms/showers. Far enough away from the highway and railroad tracks that the noise was hardly noticeable when outside. Only thing I found odd was the hump you had to go up and over for the dump station.

A very nice KOA. Used to be a Leisure Time park. Office is situated in the rear of the campground, not up front like most KOA’s, but that only proved to be awkward until we found it. Had an escort back to our site due to somewhat confusing road layout. Nice pool and hot tub, but on the small side, so could get crowded on a busy weekend. Most sites are fairly level. A couple of sites were kind of narrow, but most were wide enough for double slide-outs. Lots of trees, so satellite reception could be tricky at best.
