This RV Resort is geared for children and over priced. When asked for the price for the night (Thursday) we were quoted $44 and when called back to verify weekend openings and price, we were still told $44. Not until after we were all set up at our site did we look at the "weekend" price of $54! The pull through gravel sites are not as level as they claim but they are spacious. The laundry, showers, and restrooms were clean. I was pleased when the adult swim time was enforced and the children were asked to leave the pool. Although this resort was OK, and the employees were fairly pleasant, we will not return due to the misrepresenting of the price.
This RV Resort is extremely well kept. The sites are close but the grounds are very well maintained and beautifully manicured. The concrete pads are large enough for our triple slide motorhome and outside sitting and cooking area. Zack and Sherry are wonderful people who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and answer any questions you may have. I loved the temperature of the pool although locals said it was too warm. Free Wi-Fi worked great and the sound of the trains were hardly noticed. The Kessler AFB was close and the training they did one day a week was enjoyable to watch. I would recommend this resort to others!
