Sites are not level, some even have potholes; lots of birds around will soil your rig with purple droppings; staff not all friendly; bathrooms were not always available as groups would come in and commandeer the entire bathroom; facility charges inflated prices for everything they can - all improvements surround them making more money; utilities are old; water hooks up in a big in-ground hole and during the rainy period mud and water stand in these holes! Would prefer not to stay there again.

Person who burglarized several rigs was an inside job and did not enter from the outside. Dogs are patrolled; dog fences are allowed and look unsightly; lots of dog droppings can be found around the park; carry a stick or something when walking; park is going downhill; some rigs are really junky looking; people constantly speed and go the wrong way; no one appears to monitor or correct any of these behaviors.
