Great park! Everything here is paved, though the sites are not level. Bathrooms are clean, laundry is small (only two of each washer/dryer), playground is nice. Wi-Fi worked pretty well for our week long stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.
This is a weekly rate. Beautiful park! The roads and sites are all paved. The laundry and bathrooms are clean and modern. There is a great exercise room, a game room, a full kitchen, and large meeting/event room. They mostly have seasonal campers, but everything was neat and clean. If you can get a spot, stay here! There are a couple lacking amenities that might bother some people - cable, picnic tables, fire rings - but those were not a big deal to us.
As long as you don't run into any problems, this park is great. It has very wide spots, clean bathrooms, and mostly functional Wi-Fi. However, if you have any issues, you may have to deal with the quite difficult owner/manager. In our case, she tried to charge us more than was quoted over the phone. She eventually charged the right amount after about an hour of unpleasant discussion. Had we not already been all set up (we arrived during the afternoon when the office was closed), we probably would have just left and not dealt with her so long.
We have been traveling for many months, and I was more unhappy with this park than any other. After confirming that we would have a 50 amp site when I made the reservation, we arrived to find no 50 amp site available for us, and every employee we spoke to passed responsibility to someone else (with no apologies). On top of that, we didn't find that we only had 30 amp until we pulled into our site after paying (they do not give refunds). The wi-fi is a bit flaky, but does work. There is cable available for an extra charge. The laundry has nice new machines, but is dirty and old itself. The spots are very close together; you may not be able to use your awning. On the positive side, it is walking distance into town.
This is definitely a parking lot style RV park. There are lots of street lights so it's not dark at night. That said, the bathrooms and laundry are nice, but had no a/c. The location is great for anything in the Milwaukee area. The area is fine: no worries at all.
Most sites are very close. Our site was not level. Roads are rough and tight. Owners are nice and pool appears to be nice. We did not check out the bath house. The WiFi and cable TV are fine. I would look somewhere else next time, but might end up back here for the WiFi.
This is a convenient location for visiting Manassas Battlefield. It works for getting into DC as well (about 1 to 1.5 hours). We didn't use the restrooms. The sewer connection at our site was too high, but they are not all that way. Our site also wasn't level and pooled water with heavy rain. There are great fields around for soccer, frisbee, or similar activities.
Owners worked with us and were very nice. Roads are a little tight, but we were ok in a 36' 5th wheel. Only one washer and one dryer. Only one bathroom/shower for women and one for men. Nearby beach club offers a pool (additional cost) but also loud music at night...especially on the weekends. Beach is close by as well as playgrounds. We enjoyed visiting the nearby fort as well. Overall, we would return to this park if in the area.
Everyone who works at the park was very nice. This is a mobile home park with RV sites at the front...more like RV parking with hookups than individual sites. Bath house and laundry are nothing special but are functional and clean.
