Very nice park, clean and well maintained. Our only disappointment was they did not have cable and the TV antenna did not pick up any stations. Wi-Fi was intermittent, especially at night. We were in the first row and the trains did not bother us, but I sleep through lightning and thunder storms, so I'm sure it would bother others. We held rally dinners and meetings at the clubhouse and they were meticulous.
This park has cement slabs for your coach and picnic tables and easily accessible hookups. Cable is available if you stay for over 30 days. Wi-Fi was good at our site and is free. There are permanent residents but they are at the back of the park, and the transient, pull-through sites are at the front near the pool and clubhouse, both of which were very nice. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
Very nice park, use to be KOA, so it is set up pretty much the same way with lots of pull though sites. We stayed here on previous trips when it was a KOA, and twice since it became privately owned. Very friendly staff.
We stopped here on our way from FL to MA. It is one of the last campgrounds we found heading north right off the highway. Unfortunately, near the entrance there are a lot of full time, crowded campsites, but once you get closer to the office and river it opens right up. We camped right on the river and enjoyed our one night stay both heading north and then again heading south on our return trip. It is a keeper for any return trips we may make.
