Pine Cone has ample space for all RVs and is family orientated. The pool was clean, the laundry clean and the grounds mowed. There was ample space for children to play and people to walk their dogs. The park is heavily treed and not all sites allow for satellite access. You need to specify need for satellite TV access. Also the cell signal is weak as well as their WIFI signal. We found communication difficult from this park. Given other area choices, we would not return to Pine Cone.
Waterloo Harbor is located at the head of Lake Senenca on the Senenca River. They offer water access to all, with twenty-five spaces along the water. The spaces are large enough you do not feel squeezed in. The park offers WiFi only at the office/laundry room. The bath house was always clean. Open areas provide space for children to play anything and everything they wish. Shopping is a short drive and easy access to the Senenca Wine trail.
We spent a week in WW Clute Park in Watkins Glen and found the park very pleasant as well as the staff. Any problem you may have is handled professionally and quickly. The town of Watkins is within walking distance, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. The park is across the street from Lake Seneca and most of the sites have a view of the lake. Each site provides ample space between units. We found the people very friendly in both the park and the town of Watkins. WW Clute RV Park and Watkins Glen are on our list as someplace we intend to return to often.
