Be aware that everything that can rust will rust. The wind is unbearable at times. There are lots of trails for biking and the rec center has nice activities. The winter Texans are great for the most part.

They now charge $30 for overflow parking and the traffic noise is almost unbearable in the mornings. I'll never stay here again.
