Have to endorse the comments of the last reviewer. This is basically a car park with power and water but the reason you come here is because it is the closest RV park to NYC. The transport to NYC is very close and an easy walk. The area seems fairly nice with modern buildings and clean streets. It is pricey but I guess that is what happens when there is a monopoly. I was very surprised that there is not another campground within 50 miles of NYC.
Very pleasant campground with a choice of heavily shaded trees or open areas. We chose the trees and unlike some campgrounds the ground underfoot wasn't wet and soggy under the trees. Easy access and good place to explore Detroit, Port Huron, etc., although it was a fair drive to Detroit.
We camped here as part of a rally of fellow Montana owners and were treated very well by the campground management. Our site was one of the cable sites and was very tight to get into because of trees although ours was probably the worst of the sites in this respect and it just made it an interesting challenge. It is very handy to Sandusky and all its attractions. It is busy on the weekend with lots of kids but they didn't disturb us.
