This is our 2nd stay here. Very clean, nice park. Small park which we like and it has a security gate at the entrance. There are many permanent seasonal RV park models but all are well maintained. There is a clubhouse and they do have many activities. Rate is based on a weekly rate. Nice, friendly and quiet park. We will be staying here every time we come to the RGV. Great prices! Great place!
Very nice park. I really liked the fenced in patio at our site. Nice and private. Office staff very friendly. Only downfall is their Wi-Fi. The staff said it was slow but it was so slow that you often could not even get your e-mail due to the system timing out. So, if you really need Wi-Fi, don't stay here unless you have your own internet access. We would stay again for a very limited time only because of Wi-Fi.
Very nice, clean park. Easy access from highway. They have a menu you can order from and have the food delivered to your RV. Only complaint is the dryers. They were not over loaded yet I had to pay a second time to get items completely dried. We would stay again.
This was our 2nd time staying at this park. Stayed last year for one month and stayed this year for 4 months. The rate reflects the "seasonal" rate for a 5 month stay. This is the second season for the new owner with ongoing updates in the park. On Friday nights under the large covered pavilion you can buy a made to order pizza that they will cook for you in the new wood burning oven. There are many activities for the whole family throughout the week. Very close to Vallecito Lake and about an 18 "scenic" mile drive to Durango where there are many activities. There are two small grocery stores and 4 restaurants along the lake as well. The average temperature in the park is in the mid to high seventies and usually at least 10 degrees cooler than in Durango which is why we chose to stay here for 4 months. Owner and staff were always very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back.
