This is a very nice park, if a little congested. Some of the sites are spacious (along stream) but others are really packed in. The staff was nice and my husband had a nice chat with the owner. Wi-Fi worked great. If you are getting firewood - go for the $13 for the wheelbarrow full it's a real bargain. We would definitely camp here again. We had room for a a trailer and a large tent with space to spare.

Very nice campground. The pool was large, clean and lots of fun. There are sewer sites available - just not a lot of them. The fishing pond was nice as was having the Horseshoe trail at the bottom of the campground. I took the dog for couple of runs. Take a trip to St. Peters Village and go climbing the boulders that line the stream. My kids had the best time. Management was very friendly and the campground was well kept.

This is a great park! Large, level sites. Lots of shade. The canoeing/kayaking was amazing. We were camping with extended family and the nine of us paddled out to the beach area. It was beautiful and as untouched as you can get these days. The bathhouses are clean, if a bit worn. There were bugs near the marshes, but it was July, so to be expected. We will definitely come here again!!

Clean, friendly, well run campground. We stayed down on the river on a water/electric site. The site was HUGE - we were able to park sideways in our 21 ft convertible so that we faced the river and still had room to park the truck and the kids to play. We weren't supposed to be able to get the Wi-Fi where were were but we actually were able to pick it up. We had the pancake breakfast on Sunday and it was great if a little slow. Only a couple of complaints - expensive for no sewer service, the grading on the sites wasn't great and when a really bad storm hit our site didn't drain at all, our mat actually started to float! Also, they messed up our reservations. We were camping with friends - they were supposed to have the site directly across from ours but when we got there, they were bumped to accommodate another group of three campsites and were on the other side of the river area from us. We weren't too happy about that. Great canoeing, pool. Lots of kids!

This is a great campground just down the road from Knoebel's Amusement park. Much closer than Lake Glory if you are looking for sewer hook ups. They are strict in their rules (don't mess with the grass) but we didn't have any problem with that. There was a bit of street noise at our campsite, but nothing too bad. Everything was clean, the pool and playground were nice. Wish it hadn't rained so much so we could have enjoyed it even more!

We loved this park! Can't say enough good things about the staff. They are excellent. We were supposed to camp the week before, but the weather was going to be bad and they let us push our stay back a week no problem. Good thing we did, I think we got the best campsite in the park. We were in the back in sites across from the tent sites and stream. The kids could play on the playground, ride bikes and Mom and Dad could relax at the campsite and watch. Walked to Dutch Wonderland and everyone had a great time!

I am only giving this a four because this is not a park for transient guests. There is no camp store, no wood for sale, the office is only open 9-5. There were only three other campers that spent the weekend - everyone else is seasonal or permanent. Some of the sites are nice - some are incredibly trash (think scary trailer park). Some of the people were nice, but most kept to themselves. Almost no kids at this campground. Very nice pond and playground, we didn't get to swim but the pool looked great. I won't be staying here again - we checked out Elk Neck State Park and that is were we will go next time, awesome campground for kids and the amenities were great not to mention some of the views!

We tried to camp at this park in June, because it offers full hook up. When we called for a reservations we were told that they had no full hook ups available so we camped at the campground attached to the park that has no water or sewer hookups. While staying there we decided to drive through Lake Glory so that we would know which sites to request on our trip to Knoebels next year. Much to my surprise - there were multiple full hookup sites available!! We will not camp here in the future. We will camp at J&D which is closer to Knoebels and more nicely kept in the bargain.
