The Missoula KOA was decent; thankfully the price wasn't too high. The spot we had had absolutely no shade, just a little dead tree stump. Luckily, the spot was pretty big. The pool was quite nice, but the pool manager was crabby and didn't want anyone having fun. The dog walk area was nicely shaded and had a little bench to sit to watch your dogs play. Our spot was right across from mobile homes right in the park, and there was traffic all the time, even late at night. We would probably not reccomend or stay again, other than a quick overnight stay.

This campground was okay. It had nice, shaded, but small spots. We were expecting a pool, thanks to the website, and instead found a water park type thing. Kids above the age of 6 wouldn't like it or be able to use it. The deepest point was about two feet. The Great Falls KOA had nice views and little gardens, no fruit or vegetables at the time, though. They had free firewood, which was convenient, and free cookies in the afternoon.

This campground was one of the worst we have ever stayed at (20 years of camping) absolutely NO privacy, so unless you like being watched by all of your neighbors don't stay here. There were so many vehicles in the road around each spot, we witnessed 2 separate car accidents in our 7 night stay. We spent most of our time away from our $65 a night camp spot (not fair). The garbage is emptied at best once a week and with 85 degree days you were nauseous after dumping your trash. Staff were great, washrooms fairly clean, they just need some shrubs or greenery between spots to help their customers feel a little more private. Sadly the Todd family just want as much money as they can get because they need to have less spots and more space for families, don't be misled about the "beach" no sand all rock.

Wonderful stay, we loved every minute, we were there 7 nights/8 days, staff were just awesome, we had a very private site looking out at the lake and beautiful bird sanctuary. Secure and safe area for kids to bike around and enjoy the pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor). Very clean highly recommended.
