This is a very well manicured and maintained park. The sites are all level and large enough to accommodate the big rigs. The showers and restrooms are clean, but kept a little too cool inside for this time of year. There is a nice covered area for groups to assemble. The downside for us was the fact that there is no grass at the sites, (pea gravel sites)which makes it very dusty and pebbles are easily tracked into the rig. To add to the dust, every day the maintenance staff is blowing leaves as they fall to the ground with gas leaf blowers, stirring up more dust and making it so that you can't be outside to enjoy the peace and quiet that you would expect at a campground. Leaf blowing starts at 8 am and ends at 5 pm daily! We stayed here in a 5th wheel.

This is a very clean park, with management that is very friendly and caters to the needs of the visitors. We came for a week and ended up staying over a month greatly due to the campground and the other guests there, as well as the location near downtown Bandera. The sites are large enough to spread out and the restrooms, pool and grounds are well taken care of. We stayed here in a 5th wheel.

We camped here for one night while passing through. We called 2 hours prior to arrival to check availability for a Passport America rate. We also stated where we were and our estimated arrival time. The owner/operator stated they had sites available and confirmed the rate. When we arrived all was well and owners nice. However, after collecting our money and once we were parked the owner began to coach us on traveler's etiquette telling us we should be more courteous and arrive at the park earlier, before dark. We arrived at 6 pm. Had we not already paid and parked we would have taken our business elsewhere. We won't stay here again.
