Nice big membership resort style park. We used RPI and they gave us the choice of parking in Phase 2 or 4. 2 is beautiful, 4 would work but sites are on the side of a hill. I think during the busy season they only allow C@C and RPI in phase 4. The showers and laundry are clean and beautiful. They have many amenities including indoor pool, mini-golf, frisbee golf, and excellent WiFi throughout the park. This is the best park we have seen so far around Branson. A word of wisdom. Branson is very hilly. Plan your route in here carefully, park your rig, then explore. We ended up on a couple steep grades after making wrong turns.

So Dangerous!!! Please don't attempt to reach this park with anything bigger than a tent camper. It does have a slight view, but the risk isn't worth it. The road on the way up to the Park (hwy 376) has a 19% grade. The sites say they are 90 foot pull throughs, but you have to climb a steep grade for 50 feet to get up into the site, leaving about 30 feet to park on. There was no way we could make it up in the site without damaging the truckbed between our truck and fifth wheel. I have been RVing for 19 years and I have never seen a park built on the side of a mountain quite like this. We ended up at another beautiful Resort which was only $13.50 with RPI. Save your rig, stay away!

We had to come up to Greenville from Florida for a family emergency. All the parks in Greenville were filled with construction workers and very run down. They were basically low income housing. We were trying to find a real RV park, then we found this park. The manager was so helpful and understanding. The park simple and clean with nice gravel pull thorough sites and great high speed WiFi. No restrooms or showers, but neither did any of the other parks in town. The price is $30 a night. Our price reflects the weekly rate. This is by far the best park near Greenville.

We always enjoy visiting this park. It is a high-end park designed for RVers. The park contains many RV ports that people own and use in season. The rest of the park is lots available to the public. The rate reflects RPI. They also accept Passport America. Bathrooms are clean. Pool is warm and clean. All around beautiful atmosphere. They have a wonderful church service every Sunday at 9:30am from November to April. We will stay many times in the future.
