We arrived during normal hours and not a soul to be found. The instructions outside directed us to chose an after hours site. Of course those sites are 30 amp! We have 3 a/c and July in Florida with our size rig we need all 3. We searched in our own and found a 50 amp site. 98% of this"park" are permanent residents. It could use a lot of maintenance, as in weeding and general cleanup. I did not feel secure here but exhaustion made me stay. Not a dump but darn close!
This park was a gift. So peaceful, on the beautiful Wind River. Watched deer and Canadian Geese on the river. Next morning a baby fawn was asleep under the steps of our coach. Nice size sites, not jammed in with your neighbor.
I selected this park strictly based on the reviews I read from this site. Let's just say we were let down when we pulled into the park. They have a very short strip of pavement and the rest is a white dust (looked almost like baby powder). Our coach & toad both were totally coated before we got to our site. On the positives, lots of shade, no problem leveling, and the sites are roomy enough. The folks running it are super nice. This park could be really great - minus all that dust.
