Park owners are very helpful and friendly. The main problem with this park is that there are too many junky permanent residents. The marina is really just a beer joint for the locals as it sits in a neighborhood, but it was very clean and newly constructed. The owner cooks up a really great cheeseburger! There were some intoxicated troublemakers swimming and drinking with loud music next door, but they finally went away at dusk. Not sure that they were residents. The grounds are shady and beautiful and the owners are working hard, but they need to get rid of the rowdy alcohol crowd and create a more mainstream RV park atmosphere if this is their intention.
Very scenic park with beautiful hill country views. A little freeway noise nearby, but not really bad. We stayed here in July and the heat was brutal. Our site was totally exposed and our trailer was running about 90 deg inside for most of the day with the AC doing it's best. We were scared to leave our dog because of this. The park staff was great and although the climb was a little steep, no problems getting into the spaces. Icy wintertime I would not want to try. Great restaurant very close by.The pool and clubhouse areas were well maintained and lovely. I would stay here again in a cooler month.
Excellent and friendly staff! The sites in the back are very shady which was a blessing since it was extremely hot while we were there in July. This was a nice and quiet RV park. Not too many permanent residents and grounds were spotless. WiFi was very good and reliable. Park is around 3 miles from town and easy in and out for long rigs. We will definitely stay here again this winter! I looked at the other RV parks around town and this is hands down the best of the bunch.
