This campground has a family atmosphere. The campsites surround a private lake that you are allowed to fish from without a license. The campsites are large, level and mostly shaded by large trees. The grounds are not manicured and a little unkempt but OK for the most part. We were in site 35 with a nice view of the lake. The wi-fi is extremely poor and we were forced to go to a patio just outside the office to receive a signal after paying for the service. So do not count on doing any work at your campsite using their internet service. The pool deck is in need of repair/replacement. Considering the price we paid for the campsite we felt it was a good value. It would not be my first choice in a campground; however, if we were in the area again we would stay at this campground again.

This is an outstanding RV resort in our opinion. We had site 133 not far from the main clubhouse. All the sites are concrete, flat, level with FHU. We were lucky enough to get a site that an owner had improved as this is an ownership type park. The site was planted with attractive flowers and had an extended concrete area. Some sites have views of small lake areas. The park is pleasant to walk in with grassy areas for the pet and hiking trails. Nice pool and spa area, plus fitness center. Traverse City is a nice destination with lots of choices for sightseeing. A beautiful park and beautiful area to visit. We had excellent WIFI service near the main clubhouse.

This is a convenient stop if you are heading west from the Chicago area. The campground is located not far from the freeway exit 81 along the frontage road. The sites and roadways are compact gravel with lots of green grass between each site. Large shade trees in the right areas that do not block satellite service. We had a long pull thru D2 that provided FHU and good wifi service. Nice area to walk our small dog. We did not use the pool or other facilities, however, everything appeared to be in nice condition. We travel with a 40 ft. motor home and tow vehicle. We would not hesitate to stop here again. Our nightly rate was discounted by Passport America.

This park is clean and well maintained. All sites have cement slabs with grass between each site. Not a lot of trees but sites are great for the big rigs. We had all services, 50 amp, sewer etc. Limited TV channels on their cable. The pool area look nice but on the small size. There is a convenient shuttle service to the casino. The wireless internet service work fine. We were in F-11. We would return as it is nice to find a RV park that is not dirt and gravel.

This campground appeared to be more full residents in park models then RV's. However, they do have one area set aside for RV's with nice pull through sites. The campground was clean and the sites fairly wide. We did not have to unhook our tow vehicle. No Wi-Fi at the site but that may be because we failed to ask them. We had all the services, 50 amp, sewer, water, cable TV. There is a nice dog run with grass for the pet we we really appreciate. We did not use the pool, laundry or shower facilities so no comment. However, everything appeared in good shape. We would stop here again.

This is a good location if you wish to visit Port Aransas. There are many pull thru sites with all the necessary hook ups. No trees and a little distance from the beach. However, they do have a built walk way to the beach area. It was very windy while we were here so did get to enjoy being outside at the campsite. One thing we did notice is they seem to put everyone on top of one another. There were many empty campsites but they had all of us side by side at one end of the campground. It would be nice if the staff would give some consideration to this arrangement especially when the park is far from full. We did not use the facilities in the camp ground so no comment there. And we've noticed that the word RV Resort seems to be miss used in many of the camp grounds in that they are far from my idea of a resort. We would stay here again for the convenience of visiting the gulf coast.

This park is very convenient to Fredericksburg. There are large shade trees. The sites are gravel with some grass/weeds. The sites are pull thru and convenient for a motor home or 5th wheel. They are somewhat narrow though. The grounds are well kept and there is a pet run and small lake area. Unfortunately our pet "Sammy" a Havanese got lots of stickers from the grass/weed area. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again when visiting Fredericksburg.

This park is a convenient stop between no where and nothing you might say. However, it appears that the owners are not putting anything back into the park. There are several pull thru sites that will accommodate the large RV with tow vehicle. The sites are gravel/dirt and some grass/weeds. There are some shade trees. There is a small restaurant that serves dinner/breakfast. We tried the dinner it was OK. There is no playground or dog run. It shows these facilities on the campground guide but they no longer exist. There appears to be some full timers in the camp ground. A convenient stop if you are in the area but not the most desirable campground.

This campground gets our highest rating. It is beautiful. Paved streets, grassy areas, paved camp site, excellent patio tables. We had a pull forward site with a nice view of the lake/river/stream. The staff was excellent and the facilities are upscale. There are many pull thru sites that are excellent for a motor home and tow vehicle. The grounds are pleasant to walk around and our pet "Sammy" loved it. No stickers here. If we return to the hill country of Texas this campground will be on our itinerary.

This park is an age restricted park designed for the active senior. If you want activities, golf, restaurant this may be the place for you. The sites are all back-in gravel with a slab next to the RV for a patio area. This is an ideal campground if you want to spend some time. It is not the best if you are looking for a quick one night stay with a pull through. They have an excellent pet area with grass and fence. The facilities all are upscale and nice. We would camp here again if we wanted to stay for a week or longer.

This is the way all or most RV parks could and should be. The reception area is beautiful. They lead you to your site. Most are pull thru's. The sites are gravel but are wide and clean. We had site 150 which was ideal if you have a pet. There are several grassy areas near by. They also have a long dog run that is gravel. All the streets are paved. This campground serves breakfast each morning like many hotel/motels. We stayed two nights and I would highly recommend this campground.

Las Cruces KOA is convenient from the highway. The sites are narrow. There are several pull thru's that add convenience. All the services are there. However, we did not care for the dust and dirt in the campground there are no paved streets and the wind was howling on the day of our stay. The staff was helpful. They have a pet run that is a joke...dirt and dust. I can't figure out why campground owners think pet owners want to walk their pets in a dirt pet run. This would not be my first choice for an overnight stop. The price seems a little high for the amenities.

The park is clean and well maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly. We were assigned a pull-through site which had a very nice view of the small lake. There is a small pet walking area that has grass. Sites have small concrete slab and a few small shade trees. A little dusty. Some additional gravel at the sites would be nice. We did not use the other facilities (pool, fitness center, cafe, laundry). All looked in good condition. There are a large amount of park model homes in the park for what appear to be longer term residents. We enjoyed a nice weekend.

This park is situated on the Colorado river with several pull through sites that look out at the river. It is also located right next to I-10 which does cause some noise from the truck traffic. The sites are grassy, level and many have shade trees. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is an excellent area to walk a dog. The space between sites was excellent and all areas were very clean. There is a boat launch for the boating enthusiast. There are a few park models if you have visiting friends that overlook the river. You receive one hour of Wi-Fi free per day. Otherwise there is an additional charge. We stayed here for three days and would return.
