Bad things - No bath and no showers. Cable is only if you purchase it directly from the cable company. TV channels are pretty limited using an antenna. The place is a gravel parking lot. You check in at a realty company. Good things is that the price is low. Wi-Fi is good. There are a lot of things to see in the area while still staying at a low cost RV park. Laundry is fairly low cost at a laundromat at the strip mall beside it. Quiet area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
After reading the positive comments we called to make reservations for 2 40-foot motorhomes. They said no problem. Upon arrival we found that the spots were not able to accommodate our motorhomes without sticking into the road. The spots were not very level. This is the first time that we have not agreed with the comments previously made. It is like a parking lot off the main road with no real appeal. Would be okay for an overnight stay. Many permanent trailers. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Price reflects weekly stay. We like small parks which are out of the way so this one fit the bill. Sites are wide and level and easy access. Stayed a week while visiting the sites in the area. I think we were the only travelers in the 10 site campground. Several other campers appeared to be long term residents. Our only issue was absolutely no place convenient to walk our dog and for that reason we would not stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We stayed for a couple days. The sites are back in only but the sites are on "cul-de-sac" kind of arrangement which made backing in very easy. The owner was fun to talk to. As mentioned before, there are no bathrooms. There are several neat things within minutes of the park. The park is new and the owner is busy making it better. The only minus would be a few slots were occupied with run down trailers. I enjoyed staying there and would stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nice folks who are in the process of setting up the place. Landscaping and lawn are going in. No pull through sites, but the driveway is more then adequate to maneuver my 37 ft 5th wheel and extended cab pickup. They don't have bathrooms, but do have laundry and propane. Unlike many parks close to Camp Verde, this one is far enough away from the interstate so you don't have to listen to the traffic. Nice little market right next door. Wi-Fi works great. I think the best part about this park is the spacious sites. Too many parks pack us in like sardines. Not the case here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
