We had a seasonal site here this year due to family and we enjoyed our summer very much. Large sites, many with shade and a beautiful pool are the main draw. The manager is very nice as are her staff. The park has older bath houses and clubhouse but they are clean. The park is surrounded by woods and has a fishing pond. It is also close to Rockford, Chicago and southern Wisconsin. The Wi-Fi is iffy but it's quiet and we will be staying here again We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Only used this for a 1 night stop. The campground called us as we were getting off the the toll road, to let us know they had no power or water due to a storm, but we choose to stay anyway. Roads were dirt but not bad. For a Outdoor World Park there were way to many seasonals. It looks like that is the way they want it. Too bad. That is not what this system was intended as soon, they will have no room for transit campers. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Clean, quiet, good, wide spaces. The roads are not paved, so it is a bit dusty. The pool and clubhouse are centrally located, and the staff is friendly. Not much of a store, but like the previous review stated, there is shopping close by. We would stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The sites weren't level, and there was no gravel in the sites, either. It was a decent campground, though. The Wi-Fi was a little overpriced, but a pretty good signal. They had plenty of activities, and a nice little creek. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a gem in the Thousand Trails/Outdoor World system. The grounds are manicured, the sites are level and of decent size, the pool is heated and pristine, the bathrooms are super clean. The Wal-Mart Super center is 3 miles away but the campground is out in a country setting. Appeared to have many sites booked on a long term basis as there were lots of RVs but no people. There is a restaurant in the clubhouse but was not open during the week when we were here. The laundry is small but inexpensive. Rockford, IL is about 20 miles away and an easy drive. There is a wonderful bike trail along the river running for about 10 miles. Rock Cut State Park with hiking and biking is not far either. Only reason for the 8 rating was no 50 amp service and the roads are unpaved. When in this area again, we will definitely stay here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
