The Park is nice and shaded. I felt like we were staying in the forest. I love the town and the staff was great. This is a great place to escape the city and enjoy the mountains. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This was a convenient park to stay in while exploring the Shaver Lake area. The sites are all dirt so you need to watch the dust and bring mats. You can walk into town or to the shore of Shaver Lake. No amenities (cable or Wi-Fi) since it is mostly long term residents or folks who leave their RVs and come up on weekends. We got cell but no Wi-Fi. Nice friendly managers. It's impossible to get into Camp Edison as they book a year out. This worked well for short notice. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
