We stayed here for several months while working. If you are looking for a small, quiet place to park your RV, this is a good one, but it has nothing special. It has a small laundry room with a bathroom, no showers. The manager's live on site and are nice people. The owners are extremely nice. They don't want kids here and they really don't like dogs, but they tolerate them, if you pick up after them and keep them on a leash, which is what most places require. This is a very "tight" park and it was very hard to back into our spot. All spots are back in. Mostly working people stay here. It's very close to everything you need, grocery, Walgreen's, restaurants, shopping, golf courses. There is a very run down and old mobile home park next door, but we really didn't have any problems with them and there is a 12 ft. fence between the two properties. I felt very safe here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
