Great little park on the beautiful South Fork of the Payette River. We camped here on our way up to Stanley from Oregon. A couple of large pull-through sites, but most are back-in. It is along the Banks Loman Highway, but was not very noisy. Fresh water is available and the faucets did have hose threads. So, you should be able to fill tanks here (but don't count on it because the faucets are near spaces such that another RV could block access when parked for the night). Across the street is a nice little hot spring, right along the river. Spaces were adequately spaced for privacy and quiet. Note that ReserveAmerica only lists the 3 group sites at this facility because the 8 individual sites cannot be reserved in advance. The link in this listing is to the Forest Service website that provides more complete information. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
