We stayed here 2 weeks. So beautiful and clean. It was like living in the forest by the lake. Wow!!! We would have made it home, but you can only stay for 2 weeks. We loved the big playground for the kids and so did our grandkids. Plus the easy access boat ramps are no charge. There is 6 miles of hiking trails and that was such a treat to be on the lake and walk around the lake. We love State campgrounds and the weather here was perfect during our stay. The deer and the squirrels play right outside your door and the view was majestic! We plan to try to stay at as many State campgrounds as we possibly can while making our journey across America entertaining. We were able to choose our site online and it was even prettier than the pictures. We sat out on the dock and wrote a couple songs it was very inspiring to be so close to nature. We love it! We will definitely come back as we prefer being close to nature than a cement slab. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is very nice. One section is only two years old and in great shape. The host is very friendly and helpful. Be advised that NO alcohol is allowed and it is strictly enforced. Very clean restrooms. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Campsites are widely spaced, some pull-throughs. Forty-three (43) campsites have 50/30 amp service, and 14 have only 30 amp. The bath house we used was older but clean. There are a few trails, a fishing dock, a playground, dump station and a boat ramp but not much more. Quiet park with lots of deer. We will visit again! We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
