The owner is a nut fist of all but, there is poop all over the place from where he has let horses in the area that are for RVs. Cable does not work well because he has not paid for service and it is not hooked up properly. There was no wifi during our stay. Property does not have any bathrooms or showers. Place looks like a dump. You will not want to stay here! We camped here in a Motorhome.
This was a very affordable RV park with large pull thru sites. The RV park is surrounded by trees which makes it very private. There are several pecan trees blooming in the park that are home to different kinds of woodpeckers and mocking birds. We also enjoyed watching the llama in his field. This was a very Quiet and peaceful place to stay. We will definitely come back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Campground is an open field with water, electric, and sewer in the middle so that all sites are drive through. Entrance is narrow with trees close to driveway on both sides. Debris is piled on right side as you enter. There were two 50 amp outlets. It was necessary to avoid an overhead branch as we were directed to drive around a tree to get into the site. There were knee high weeds, horse droppings, and ant infested mulch covering the muddy part of the campsite. Some of the Water faucets worked. Some did not. We stayed only one night rather than three as planned. This was the least desirable campground that we have ever seen. We camped here in a Motorhome.
