Actually a really nice little municipal park, aging, but well maintained. No water and sewer hook ups but there are taps all over and a sani-dump in the park. The older prettier section has only 15 amp and was difficult for us to maneuver in with our pick and 28 RV due to the huge trees everywhere. The 30 amp section was a lot nicer for driving and had 6 long drive through sites but no shade. Place is typical river bottom under mature trees and would be a birdwatcher's paradise. We saw woodpeckers, eagles, nuthatches, owls, ducks, and more species of song birds than we could identify. We saw a beaver in the river and rabbits, and deer on the trails. There is a nice playground for kids and a long well groomed walking trail. There is an on site maintenance/groundskeeper who was pleasant and helpful. We were actually in before the official opening and the water was still off. I think they have had party animal issues in the past because in addition to the live in person they also have private security that patrols the park regularly and a long list of fine-able violations. Firewood is readily available and each site had a fire pit and picnic table. The drop into the river valley means no internet and no telephone reception but the office has Telus dial out for internet. We would stay again just for the birds. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
