Hard park to review. While the construction and property are excellent, the layout of the park especially the pull through's are similar to staying at a Wal-Mart parking lot. While that may sound harsh, we actually had a nice time in this area and if we were to travel again to the Sierra Vista area we would stay at the park. There is no age restriction. We camped here in a Motorhome.
As of 2/05 this place looks l/2 finished and looks like it is going to be mostly park models. Paved roads, gravel sites, modern clubhouse/pool, but no charm or atmosphere. This is a couple of miles past the military base of Ft. Huachuaca in busy Sierra Vista. The weather here is usually good and there are many things to see in the area. The management needs to pay attention to adding some major landscaping to turn this into a nice park, not a gravel parking lot. We got the feeling it is about l/2 finished. Can't imagine how TL and Woodall's could give this place great ratings in its current condition. We camped here in a Motorhome.
