We enjoyed this unique park that slopes gently down from the road to the lake front. Please consult the park's website for pictures of the RV spaces that will help you better understand my description of the park. We stayed in the best back-in site on the property. Our entire door side was separated from the water's edge by only a lush section of lawn for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Another, separate grass lakefront common area is available for the other RV spaces that don't sit right on the water. The check-in building also has a covered porch and nice chairs for relaxing and enjoying the lake views. The owners have added a few pull-through sites directly across the quiet street from the lakefront site area where we stayed. You won't feel the water in these sites, but will have only a short distance to walk to set yourself up on the lakefront to read or relax. We are traveling with our two kids, ages 11 and 14. The park is family friendly. We used a great teatherball court numerous times and we also jumped in the lake for a swim every time we got hot. The water was a comfortable temperature in late September, at least for us. If you have a boat in tow, the project has a nice dock system and a boat launch ramp. The owners are good people and are present and active on a day to day basis. They have owned the property for 16 years and were happy to show us around and share with us the history of the property and the area. We recommend the park for those that enjoy a smaller, mom and pop owned park in a very nice setting. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Just like the first review said! We were in #8. Thirty feet from the water under the shade of a few tall stately pines. Also has six room motel so non RVer friends can stay. Nice pier system and boat ramps so you can fish from the pier or go boating. Made for a very pleasant stay. We'll be going back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful scenery. Small, quiet park. Wonderful hosts. Not a resort, but a great place to spend some time visiting. We camped here in a Motorhome.
