This is an older park that is not designed for some of the newer RVs with slides. The site was not very level and the power pedestal wiring was exposed. The people were nice, the setting was lovely. They did tell us that it was an older park when we called, so we knew what we were getting into. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This could be such a nice place to stay but it needs work. Sites are not level and were muddy. The Wi-Fi did not work. The restrooms are outdated and dirty. No hand soap or dryer or paper towels. The trees overhanging the park road left several branches on our RV. The location is beautiful and there are cabins, but I don't know how they are. I would not stay here again unless they level the sites, put down some gravel in the sites, get the WiFi going, trim up the trees, and redo the bathrooms. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We were VERY DISAPPOINTED in the park. We called ahead to ask questions regarding the accommodations and was given a GLOWING description of the amenities. After checking in, we found that the condition's WERE NOT AS DESCRIBED by the desk clerk. The sites were very cramped, the power was insufficient and at times almost non-existent. The bathroom's and shower's were run-down, dirty, and flooded. The dirt roads left a thick layer of dust on everything each time a vehicle went by. The desk clerk told us where their dump station was located, but we found that it sealed shut; an employee informed us that it hasn't been used in years! Someone even stole our firewood during the night! We stayed in our 5th wheel and WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
